Who is my city council representative?: City council is comprised of five (5) Aldermen/women and one (1) Mayor. Each one represents the entire city. Aldermen are elected for two-year staggered terms, with three Aldermen elected in even numbered years and two, with the Mayor, in odd numbered years.

1. When and where are the regular monthly City Council meetings held?: The second Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 209 Lemonwood Dr. Special meetings are held as necessary.

2. When are city elections held?: City elections are held every year, the first Saturday in May from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm.
