Warrants & Failure to Appear

Arrest warrants issued out of the Castle Hills Municipal Court are addressed to any peace officer of the State of Texas. With active arrest warrants, you may be arrested at any time at your home, your place of business, or while operating a motor vehicle.

To discuss resolving your warrants, contact Warrant Officer Hayduk at (210) 232-2009.

Causes for Arrest Warrants

The Court will issue an arrest warrant if you fail to:
  • Appear on your assigned court or summons date
  • Comply with the orders of a Judge
  • Complete a payment plan or make payments as promised

Canceling a Warrant

You can cancel your warrant if you enter a plea of "no contest" or "guilty" and pay all of the fines assessed.

Pleading Not Guilty

If you want to plead “not guilty” to an offense after an arrest warrant had been issued, you must come to the Court to post the required bond and to obtain a Court trial date.
