To this end, we provide objective, proficient, and courteous service to our citizens, businesses, and visitors. This is achieved through citizen feedback and the application of current leadership principals and technologies applicable to law enforcement, all the while remaining good stewards of tax-payer dollars

Alarm Permit Registration Form

Registering your alarm is free of charge to Castle Hills residents and business owners. To obtain a registration form, click here. Please fill out the form entirely, and send it back to us. Once we enter your application into the system, we will contact you with your permit number. Permits are good for two years. (Inspection and Excessive False Alarm Fees apply)

File a Suspicious Circumstances Report


If you see activity in your neighborhood that seems out of place, you can notify the Police Department by filing a Suspicious Circumstances report online. If the circumstances are an emergency, call 9-1-1.

Resident Out of Town Reporting Form

Traveling out of town? Fill out and submit the online Out of Town Reporting form to notify Police patrol when your home will be vacant. You may also contact Dispatch at (210) 342-2341 to leave a report by phone.
