[ARCHIVED] National Night Out (NNO) BLOCK PARTIES

NNO.jpg

NNO is sponsored by National Association of Town Watch (NATW) and co-sponsored locally by Castle Hills Police Department. Corporate sponsors include Nextdoor.com, ADT, and Ring.com.

This event is designed primarily to: (1) Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; (2) Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime efforts; (3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police community partnerships; and (4) Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

To schedule a block party, or for more information, please contact Maribel Mendoza at 210-342-2341 ext. 204, or by email at mmendoza@cityofcastlehills.com, or Robert Riley on Nextdoor (City of Castle Hills) at least one week prior to the event date of Tuesday October 4th to allow for party scheduling. Or register directly at http://www.natw.org/national-night-out-registration, a very simple process requiring less than two minutes of your time. Be sure and enter “Castle Hills” under the “Organization/Agency” section. We had 13 block parties last year and would like to increase that number for this year. Texas has won 1st place 18 years in a row thanks to participation, help make Castle Hills part of that tradition!
