A principal element of the Castle Hills Comprehensive Plan is the challenge and opportunity to elevate our brand visibility and relationship with current and prospective residents, businesses, and community at large. Our brand communications vision is to be true to the inherent values of the City of Castle Hills, while introducing a fresh and engaging image in catapulting a new era of growth and quality of life for all.
The first phase of the City of Castle Hills brand evolution process will be dedicated to identifying current beliefs or perceptions of the Castle Hills brand. It will help build a message strategy foundation for the creation of new messaging, tagline, logo, and communications methods. With that, we invite you to participate in one of three Discovery Sessions that will be conducted at City Hall on the following dates:
Residents
May 15, 2024 - 6pm to 8pm
May 22, 2024 - 6pm to 8pm
Businesses
May 28, 2024 - 6pm to 8pm
The Brand Evolution Project will be led by Creative Civilization, a well-known and highly respected local marketing communications firm with a strong history of leading numerous high visibility public and private sector brands. Creative Civilization led the brand evolution of the former City Public Service to what is now known as CPS Energy, the former Municipal Auditorium to the now Tobin Center for the Performing Arts, as well as brand evolution for many other entities. If you have ever chanted Go Spurs Go, then you know the work of Creative Civilization, the creators of that ubiquitous mantra having served as the Spurs ad agency for fourteen years.
