The City of Castle Hills Zoning Commission is holding public hearings on the proposed zoning changes described below.
Pursuant to Section 50-618 of the City of Castle Hills Code of Ordinances and according to the most recently approved municipal tax roll of the City, you are a property owner of a property that is proposed for rezoning to the RR Rural Residential zoning district and/or the owner of property located within 500 feet of one or more properties which are the subject of the proposed rezoning. You are invited to attend the public hearings; you will have an opportunity to express your opinion either in support or opposition of the proposed zoning changes detailed below. Your participation in this process is encouraged.

DATES and TIMES: July 6, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. and August 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearings is to receive public input on the proposed rezoning to the RR Rural Residential zoning district of the property in the area described as follows:
The property located to the west of West Avenue north of the property occupied by Antonian High School and south of N.W. Military Highway except (1) property located fronting on N.W. Military Highway and covered by 2021 Bexar Appraisal District Property ID Numbers 224157, 224158, 1315232, 1315231, and 355184, and (2) the West Oaks Planned Unit Development area.
A copy of the map showing the geographical boundaries of the area where the property is proposed to be rezoned to RR Rural Residential will be available at Castle Hills City Hall between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each business day. The boundary map is also attached.
The City of Castle Hills City Council will conduct a public hearing on August 10, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. at 209 Lemonwood Drive, Castle Hills, TX 78213, on the above proposed zoning changes.
