[ARCHIVED] May 5, 2020 Zoning Commission Meeting

Meeting Reminder

Currently, City hall is closed to the public through May 25, 2020.  However, we are still conducting our public meetings in person and with the use of video/tele conference capabilities. As for the May 5, 2020 meeting, we will hold the meeting at city hall, if a member chooses to attend via video conference instead of attending in person, we have provided the Zoom capability for any commission member as well as residents who wish to participate.

Please notify me if you plan to attend in person or will be calling in to the meeting. I have provided instructions to access the video/teleconference along with a link and call in numbers, directly on the front page of the agenda.

We will also be placing additional information on the City website related to the May 5, 2020 Zoning Commission Meeting. If attending in person, our Fire Department will be screening temperatures at the main entrance before entering City hall as a response to the COVID-19 concerns during this public health emergency. We will be encouraging the public to call in to the meeting to participate, however if attending in person they must observe all social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC.
