[ARCHIVED] City of Castle Hills – COVID-19 Vaccine Registration


CASTLE HILLS, Texas – The City of Castle Hills has arranged with Legends Pharmacy to administer vaccines in an effort to target high-risk Castle Hills residents; however, vaccines are available to all. 

 WHEN: Thursday, April 22nd  

WHERE: City of Castle Hills City Council Chambers, 209 Lemonwood Dr.

 TIME:   Noon - Until supply is exhausted

Legends Pharmacy have been able to secure 22 Moderna (2-dose series)  vaccines

The second COVID-19 Vaccine Event will take place on Wednesday, May 19th beginning at noon in Council Chambers.   

For your appointment, Legends Pharmacy advises that you will need to bring the following documents: valid identification, Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance.  

Please call Zina Tedford, City Secretary at 210-293-9681 (O) or 210-787-0366 (M) to schedule an appointment and sign up for a time slot. In order to receive a vaccine, you must register before the day of the event.

                        Appointments are first-come, first-serve while supplies last.
