The Police and Fire Departments are located at 209 Lemonwood Drive. The City of Castle Hills proudly provides its residents and businesses 24-hour police and fire protection.

Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is provided by the City of San Antonio.

Meet our Chief of Police

Donald Davis: Chief of Police

Donald went directly into the military service upon graduation from high school, serving 4.5 years and was then honorably discharged. He attended college for two years while working as a deputy sheriff. In early 1970 he came to work at Castle Hills as a Patrolman, rising through the ranks to Sergeant. He left Castle Hills to enter into the private sector working as a loss prevention manager. In 1980 he decided that law enforcement was “in his blood” and came back, working at Hollywood Park for about three years as a Patrol Sergeant. An opportunity came open to make a lateral transfer to Terrell Hills PD where he stayed for about 9 years, rising to the rank of Chief of Police. Five years ago when the opportunity to apply for the Chief’s job at Castle Hills became available, he applied and was hired. With over 32 years on the job, Donny is looking forward to finishing out his career and retiring while his heath is still good.

Donald has been married for 30 years to his lovely wife Colinda. They have three children and five grandchildren and currently reside in Bulverde, Texas
